DX10223 Lifetime validation failed The token is expired

Self Service presents an HTTP 500 Error either at the landing page or upon sign-in: MSS Exceptions: DX10223: Lifetime validation failed. The token is expired.

There is a time sync issue between the External Web Server (where CSS/VSS is hosted) and the Munis Application Server  

On-Premise clients

Ask your Local IT Administrator(s) to ensure both servers are on the same time zone

Tyler Hosted clients
