Motor Vehicle Bill File Has Credit Balance

When creating a Bill File of Motor Vehicle Demands the file contains a credit balance on records that do not have a credit balance.

• Create Export Bill File (mmaexpfl)

The issue is caused by the write-off being reflected as a Payment in the Bill File, causing the Bill File to display incorrect information.

Development is currently investigating the cause of this issue.  There is not a workaround at this time.
