Error Group munisusers Not Found Syncing Users to TCM from User Attributes

You receive the message ERROR group munisusers not found  when attempting a user TCM sync within EERP

• EERP
• TCM
• Tyler CM
• Security
• User Sync

The variable MUNISUSERS and MU_ are not all caps in Tyler CM for Munis Configuration

1. Open hub page for affected environment
2. Go to System Administration > General Administration > Tyler CM for Munis Configuration
3. Verify and update as necessary that the entries for the following fields are in all Caps TylerCM for Munis Users Group  and TylerCM Group Prefix
4. Perform a TylerCM sync from User Attributes How to sync users and TCM Permissions from Munis to TCM
