Munis Scheduler Monitor service stops after starting

Description of Issue

When attempting to start the Munis scheduler the service stops immediately after starting. Attempting to start the service in the Windows Services program will present the following error: The Munis Scheduler Monitor service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs

Cause

Munis Scheduler Monitor service is set to use the Local System account for login instead of tylerservice

Resolution
  1. Access the Munis application server with the tylerservice account (or equivalent)
  2. Open Start Menu and click Windows Administrative Tools icon
  3. Open Services
  4. Right click Munis Scheduler Monitor and select Properties
  5. Select Log On tab
  6. Select This account: and enter xxxx\tylerservice (where xxxx is your domain) and password
  7. Click Apply and then OK
  8. To complete the scheduler restart follow steps in Restart Scheduler OnPrem
