Resolution

Windows and Mac are supported operating systems.
Preferred browsers include Chrome (version 50)+ or Firefox (version 34+).

Additional Information

SnapLogic Integration Cloud consists of 3 multi-tenant HTML5-Based components:

  1. Designer Tab - Create , Design and manage Pipelines. Introspection, Data Preview, Test Pipelines with manual execution.

  2. Manager Tab - Create and manage users and groups, projects and assets, and tasks. Here is where you can view available Snap Packs and enabled subscription features and manage security settings.

  3.  Dashboard Tab - Health monitors the pipeline and snaplex health. Pipeline views the pipeline execution stats and details. SnapLex views snaplex stats. And Insights view time series data and logs.

Several SnapLogic issues can be resolved by clearing browser cache. In Chrome and Firefox, press CTRL+SHIFT+DEL to clear cache.
