Description of Issue

  • End user states that she is unable to view any information in the Tyler Hub\TC Command Center embedded view. Its completely blank. 

  • ERROR Tyler.Hub.Business.Implementations.HubAuthorizationManager user:00u9oh97z6SefSDz2357 :: <userHasPermissionsToModules>b__12_0 [line 156] :: User does not have this Hub permission: Licensing

Context

Cause

Although the user has full admin rights in EERP and Cashiering, the end user does not have the permissions to view the requested information.
