User cannot see a program in the EERP Menu

Description of Issue

The user has menu access to the program in Roles, but its not showing in the Munis Menu. 

Context
  • Enterprise ERP 

  • Payroll 

  • User Attributes

  • Roles 

Cause

Menu had not refreshed since the Role was added to the user. 

Resolution

Delete and Re-Add the role to the user, then refresh the menu: 

  1.  Go to User Attributes (System Administration> Security> User Attributes).

  2.  Search for the user ID to update.

  3. Under the Roles tab, click the role that needs to be refreshed and then click Delete.

  4. Click Add, and put in the role that needs to be added back.

  5. Click Accept.

  6. Close out of User Attributes.

Refresh the Menu in Enterprise ERP

  1. In the Tyler Menu box, click the 3 dots, and then the Refresh button.
