Description of Issue

Need to change the amount of fixed zeroes of a Meter

Cause

Resolution

In order to update the amount of fixed zeroes, Go into the Meters Program

Navigate to Property Revenues > Utility Billing > Meter/ Flat Inventory Management > Meters

  1. Search for the meter you want to adjust. Click Accept.

  2. Click Update Detail under the Meter Detail section.

  3. In the Fixed Zeros field, input the amount of fixed zeros you want the meter to have.

  4. Click Accept.
