Cause

Instructional.

Resolution

This is done within the PayGuardian Program. Login using the Admin account for PayGuardian. TylerAPI is a user listed in Payguardian:

  1. Navigate to the Users/Admin tab of PayGuardian.

  2. Click the Reset Password option for TylerAPI.

  3. After resetting the password, navigate to Cashiering > Admin settings > Credit Card Processor settings > PayGuardian/BridgePay > Manually enter the new password into the password field > Save.

  4. Retest the Credit card transaction in Cashiering

    1. Alternatively, the site can attempt to login into the PayGuardian client using the TylerAPI credential and new password to confirm the account login is successful.
