Cashiering Cash Activity Shows Balance on Zero Dollar Batch

Description of Issue

When closing a $0.00 batch with a starting cash balance, the Cash Activity shows the starting cash as part of the Cash activity on the settlement report.

This is a software defect.

Resolution

Upgrade to Cashiering version 2021.10.1.0 or higher.
