Unable to change current budget level to highest level

Description of Issue

User does not have the option to set the Current Access Level in Define/Start Budget Projection to the highest level

Context

Cause

The Current Access Level drop down in Define/Start Budget Projection is dependent on the user's Max Budget Level permissions.

Resolution

To allow the user to set the Current Access Level in Define/Start Budget Projection to the highest level:

  1. Navigate to System Administration>Security>User Attributes

  2. Click Search and enter criteria to pull up the user

  3. Click Accept

  4. Select the appropriate role with budget permissions

  5. Click Edit Role

  6. Click the Budget folder

  7. Click Update

  8. From the Max Budget Level dropdown and choose the highest level

  9. Click Accept

The user should now be able to update the Current Access Level in Define/Start Budget Projection to the highest level.
