Unable to update or delete approved room reservations

Cause

By design, Approved room reservation requests cannot be updated or deleted

Resolution

  • By design, Approved room reservation requests cannot be updated or deleted

  • If an Approved room reservation request needed to be modified, use the Change Status function to move it to a status where updates/deletes are allowed
