When running the Quarterly 941 report, the error Unable to create report is displaying on the screen and preventing the process of the report.

Clear the information that is populated in the Covid-19 5a tab in Quarterly 941 report program. 

1. Click Covid-19 5a tab.

2. Select a pay line.

3. Click Delete.
