Description of Issue
  • Getting Tyler Content Manager server connection warning

  • Server name does not match certificate

Context
  • Enterprise ERP (Munis)

  • Content Manager (TCM)

Cause

Incorrect server or host name in TylerCM for Munis settings

Resolution

If you do not know the correct URL or the URL appears correct, contact Tyler Systems Management for support

  1. Go to System Administration > General Administration > TylerCM for Munis Settings

  2. Click Update at top of screen

  3. Enter correct host URL in Document Viewer URL and Base Web Service URL

  4. Click Accept at top of screen
