Description of Issue

Error updating settings. System log ID: 23  When updating Content Management URLs in Munis 

Context

Cause

The ContentManagementConfiguration file has different information and is not allowing the page to be saved.

Resolution

  1. Login to Munis Application Server

  2. Open File Explorer

  3. Navigate to D:\musys\munXXXXprod\appstorage_XXXXprod

  4. Right click the file named ContentManagementConfiguration

  5. Click rename.

  6. Rename file ContentManagementConfiguration.old

  7. In Munis, navigate to System Administration > General Administration > TylerCM For Munis Settings

  8. Re-enter the Content Manager URLs and press update

  • Clients in SaaS will not have access to this drive. Please contact TSM for support.

  • The drive specified in step 3 may differ depending on install location.
