TCM 302 Error in Munis

Description of Issue

Users are getting the error Tyler Content Manager web service call encountered: HTTP Error 302 () when trying to access TCM through Munis

This may occur in a prod or a non-prod environment.

Cause

TCM URL is incorrect in TylerCM Munis settings. If this is a non-production environment, the URL may be missing the port number.

Resolution
  1. Locate the correct TCM URL. This can typically be found on your site report.
  2. Confirm the site is up and accessible by browsing to the URL in a browser
  3. In Munis, navigate to System Administration > General Administration > TylerCM for Munis Settings
  4. Click Update 
  5. Update the Document Viewer URL and/or Base Web Service URL with the correct URL
  6. Click Accept

Additional Information

Users will need to close and reopen programs in Munis for the change to take effect.
