Ref3 value missing after posting GCR journal

Description of Issue

Journals drop the information in the Ref3 field when posting.
Ref3 shows on GCR journal header before posting and not when viewed in Journal Inquiry/Print.
User is entering the Ref3 value before generating DT/DF lines.
