Tyler Hub Page Redirecting to OKTA User Home Page

Users are attempting to log into Hub. After entering their credentials on the OKTA login screen, they are redirected to the OKTA user home page.

The wrong URL is being used. A user saved or shared the URL that is generated after successfully logging into Hub. The URL being used will look something similar to this: https://tylerhub.tylertown.com/Page/Display/7b912312-bf94-4ac7-9218-4058bcb722cc

1. Clear browse cache

2. Browse to the correct Hub URL

   1. Ex: https://tylerhub.tylertown.com

3. Log in

4. Correct any shortcuts or bookmarks to be only the root Hub URL (Ex: https://tylerhub.tylertown.com)
