Description of Issue
While reviewing pays in Payroll, we are not seeing the Overtime Rate Reconciliation Tab in Pay Detail for an employee's overtime pay.

Cause
The OT code being reviewed is not a Cat D Blended Rate Overtime code. This feature is only available for Blended Rate OT.
