Add Email Step to Enterprise Forms Delivery Definition

Set up ReadyForms delivery definitions to email customers

Navigate to System Administration > Printer / Device Administration > ReadyForms > Delivery Definitions

1. Click Search to locate a delivery definition, or Add to create a new one

2. Click Accept

3. Under the Steps heading, click Add

4. In the Name field, under the Step Details heading, enter a name for the step (ex. 'Email')

5. Under the Templates tab, check the box of the form template to be used

   1. Make sure Template is configured correctly: Archived or Emailed Enterprise Forms record contains all images from run

6. Scroll down and check the Email checkbox

7. Under Send email to dropdown, select the proper option to receive the email:

   1. For example: select Customer email - that will default the email to the email on the customer record in EERP

   2. For NON_PROD environments like: Test or Train, please review the following article: Testing Emails in non-production environment

   3. When to use Force Email or Force to Print in the Enterprise Forms Delivery Definition Step

8. Check Include Attachment checkbox

9. In the From Email Address field, enter the address of your organization, as you would like it to appear in the customer email

   1. Employee Emails do NOT normally work unless the site IT makes proper configurations to employee mailboxes. If EERP (Munis) workflow email works properly, the same email address can be used with RF Emails or IT has to create a new one with proper configurations like the workflow email account.

   2. If site is hosted by SaaS and uses saasmail as relay: Emailing with SaasMail Relay

   3. If site is hosted by SaaS using the Tyler SES service in AWS: Tyler Forms emails not sending after moving to AWS

10. Enter a Subject and/or Message

    1. Email Tokens can be used on those fields: How to automatically fill Vendor name or check date on the RF Delivery Definition Email Step

11. Click Accept

If emails fail, review Email Log for possible issue: Enable Email Logging for Enterprise Forms within Enterprise ERP

Emailing Invoices or Statements : Enterprise Form will not Email unless Force Email checkbox is enabled on Delivery Definition

EERP (Munis) Email relay configurations: Munis Email - Email section in the System Settings is not setup or setup incorrectly
