TPAR Password Reset Emails are not Sending
It is always recommended that sites use the latest version of the software, to incorporate any fixes applied to the Citizen Portal. Please create a case with Parks & Rec Support or System Management Support if you would like to update your prod or non-prod environments.
If citizens consistently receive an error while performing certain processes in the Citizen Portal, please provide the following information to Parks & Rec Support when creating a case:
- The device and internet browser the citizen was using.
- What the citizen was doing/clicking just before receiving the error.
- The error they received, verbatim.
- Any errors with the same timestamp in Administration > System Setup > System Log.
- Click Export in this screen to generate an xcel file, which can be attached when making a support case.
- Troubleshooting steps already taken by the citizen.
- Any relevant screenshots.
