Update the System Email users receive notifications from



Description of Issue

User is wanting to update the email users are receiving notifications from. For example when users are getting requisition/PO approvals, rejections, ETC. The email address that is sending the notification and where to change it.

  • System Settings



Cause

Knowledge transfer



Resolution

Go to System Administration > General Administration > System Settings


  1. Click on the Email tab in the middle of the screen. 

  2. Along the Ribbon click Update

  3. update the Admin Email Address to your preferred email.

  4. Click Accept


Users will receive notifications from email updated to.
