Description of Issue
Unable to import Lockbox file due to error Header records expected but not found

Process Lockbox File
Cause
Import file used does not contain header information
Import file does not contain correct information in header line
Resolution
Verify correct file is being used to import Lockbox payments. If correct file is being used verify that the header line contains the correct payment total amount and correct date.
