AWS report builder permissions

Description of Issue

Attempting to access report builder shows error message "An error has occurred. The permissions granted to user 'xxxx@example.com' are insufficient for performing this action."



Context

  • EERP (Munis)

  • SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)



Cause

Missing roles in EERP.



Resolution

  1. Log in EERP and navigate to Munis > System Administration > Security > User Attributes

  2. Search for affected user and add the following roles below:

    1. SSRS_BROWSER

    2. SSRS_CONTENT_MANAGER

    3. SSRS_REPORT_BUILDER

  3. Click Accept
