AWS SSRS folders missing

Description of Issue

Client has proper permissions, however immediately receives error when trying to access report builder "An error has occurred. The permissions granted to user 'xxxx@domain.com' are insufficient for performing this action."



Context

  • EERP (Munis)

  • SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)

  • SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

  • Tyler Reporting Services Builder (TRSB)

  • Deploy



Cause

If permissions in EERP are verified to be correct error can be due to SSRS folders missing.



Resolution

Please create a case with TSM Support for further assistance in the Support Portal.
