ESS Time Entry A critical error occurred while trying to save your changes

This is the error I receive when I try to enter time from my user A critical error occurred while trying to save your changes

• Munis

• Employee Self Services (ESS)

• Time Entry

• Workflow

The approving supervisor has two user attributes records sharing the same employee ID number

To resolve you'll want to remove the employee ID number from the User Attributes record that is not the workflow approver

1. Navigate to the program User Attributes

2. Menu → System Administration → Security → User Attributes

3. Click Search

4. Define the field Munis Employee No. with the employee ID of the supervisor

5. Click Accept to save the search

6. Review for multiple records
