Description of Issue

Munis email distribution is triggering an error indicating the server is out of storage space



Context

  • Munis

  • SMTP



Cause

Site IT needs to review SMTP server for possible store space or other configuration issues.



Resolution

  • Internal Site Information Technology (IT) will need to review the SMTP server

  • This lies outside TSM on site server support as Munis does not support or touch SMTP servers



Additional Information

TSM SAAS hosted sites provide SMTP IP address and configuration data to insert into Email SMTP distribution for Munis that will still be supported by internal IT at site.
