Prelim Tax Generate Accounts Receivable Report shows a Net Prelim total of zero

Description of Issue

The Preliminary Tax Generate AR report does not show a total net prelim amount.

Cause

Changes from the previous version cause the NET PRELIM total to appear as 0.00 on the preliminary Generate Accounts Receivable report. 



Resolution

Development is currently looking into this issue.

Currently the workaround is to add the Total from installment 1 and 2 to ensure the Net total is correct.
