Forms not printing, QueueMonitor Printer paused



Description of Issue

All DocOrigin forms are not printing.

Cause

QueueMonitor Printer is Paused.



Resolution
  1. On the Forms server, search programs for Control Panel 

  2. Click on View Devices and Printers. 

  3. Look for the printer name Queue Monitor XXXX where XXXX is the affected environment

  4. Right-click on the printer then click on See what's printing

  5. In the top Menu, click on Printer, Pause Printing will show a check mark, click on it to un-pause the printer

This can also be completed via Print Management:

  1. On the Forms server, search programs for Print Management

  2. Click on All Printers

  3. Look for the printer name Queue Monitor XXXX where XXXX is the affected environment

  4. Right-click on the printer and select Open Printer Queue...

  5. In the top Menu, click on Printer, Pause Printing will show a check mark, click on it to un-pause the printer
