Forms not printing, QueueMonitor Printer paused
All DocOrigin forms are not printing.

QueueMonitor Printer is Paused.
On the Forms server, search programs for Control PanelÂ
Click on View Devices and Printers.Â
Look for the printer name Queue Monitor XXXXÂ where XXXX is the affected environment
Right-click on the printer then click on See what's printing
In the top Menu, click on Printer, Pause Printing will show a check mark, click on it to un-pause the printer
This can also be completed via Print Management:
On the Forms server, search programs for Print Management
Click on All Printers
Look for the printer name Queue Monitor XXXXÂ where XXXX is the affected environment
Right-click on the printer and select Open Printer Queue...
In the top Menu, click on Printer, Pause Printing will show a check mark, click on it to un-pause the printer
