Badge task will not send to clocks





Description of Issue

While setting up new timeclocks, the badge file task will not go out to the clocks

Cause

No badge IDs were populated on an employee record



Resolution
  1. In ExecuTime, navigate to System Admin > Master File Management > Employee

  2. Select the Edit (Pencil) for an employee (Use ExecuTime Admin if employees have not been assigned badge IDs yet)

  3. Navigate to the Security tab

  4. Enter in a badge ID in the Badge ID field (For ExecuTime Admin you can use a generic badge of 123)

  5. Select Save For Current Pay Period

  6. Navigate to System Admin > Scheduled System Jobs

  7. Select the Run (Box with arrow) for the Timeclock Configuring Job

  8. Wait around 10-15 minutes for the clocks to get their tasks
