SMTP authentication errors
When sending emails, an error is being returned from the SMTP server that it is unable to authenticate emails being sent from Enterprise ERP/Tyler Forms.

There are a number of possible causes for this error, some common causes are listed below:Â
The password is incorrect
The password is expiredÂ
The account being used to send emails is not set up with permissions that allow emails to be sent through command scripts.Â
The account is using multi-factor authentication.Â
The account password is greater than 35 characters.
The SMTP server is not set up to receive emails from the Munis/Tyler Forms server's IP address
Troubleshooting for this issue should generally start on the SMTP server, unless the account sending the email needs to be updated, in which case a case should be opened with Tyler Forms Support to assist.Â
