Unexpected error occurs in Accounting Entries when saving

Cause




Resolution

  1. Reperform the steps to create the Unexpected error and pause right before the action that triggers error

  2. Press F12 on keyboard to open Chrome DevTools 

  3. Select Network tab on DevTools

  4. Trigger error message

  5. Review Network tab and find error message

  6. Browse to System Administration > General Administration > System Logs and review for same date to see if there are any errors listed related to this program and error received

  7. Contact Financial Support to coordinate a review

Confirm if this happens for multiple users on different workstations or a single user on one workstation specifically.
