How to find Enterprise Forms URLs

Cannot find Enterprise Forms Administration URLs

Not sure where to find Enterprise Forms Administration URL.

Enterprise Forms URL can be found in the Site Report provided by Deployment Engineer or in Tyler Deploy.

1. Sign into Tyler Deploy
   1. tylerdeploy.com
2. On the left-side menu, click on Site Report
3. Select the Environment from the dropdown
4. Scroll-down to ReadyForms section. The URL is under Administration URL

You can also access Enterprise Forms via Enterprise ERP> TylerMenu > Forms > Enterprise Forms Administration 

This may also be titled Enterprise Forms Administration depending on what version you are on.
