Cashiering Receipts from Epson TM-H6000 are printing with too much space between rows

Ever since the upgrade the receipts we print out of Cashiering are much longer than before. The spacing between rows seems to be much greater than it was previously, and as a result our receipts are about three times as long. We use Epson printer TM-H6000ii. How do I change this?

Printer properties

1. From the Windows Start menu, navigate to the EPSON OPOS ADK folder, right click SetupPOS and select Run as Administrator

2. In the EPSON OPOS ADK program, click the plus next to Device to expand

3. Right click the printer name and select Device Specific Settings

4. Select the Printing Properties tab

5. Set Receipt Characters per line to 56 and Receipt Line Spacing to 17

6. Click Apply

7. Close OPOS ADK

8. Restart Hardware Console
