Error voiding checks in AP Payment Manager  

An Error occurred while voiding checks, please try again 

• EERP 

• Accounts Payable 

• AP Payment Manager 

Web Service User does not have the necessary private web services available

To confirm the issue is with the Web Service user check the System Log program. The exception log will show MUERROR: WS User Authentication Failed

1. To correct this issue, navigate to the program Web Services

2. Menu > System Administration > General Administration > Web Services

3. Click Private Services

4. Find Web Service Account or Web Account, then click it/highlight it

   1. Can also be titled wsuser or web user

5. Add All Private web services not open to the web user by using the Access, then All> buttons
