Copy Insurance Premium Tables with new rates
Description of Issue
How do I copy my health insurance Premium Tables forward with a new Effective Date and new rates?
Context

- Deduction and Benefit Master
- Insurance Premiums
Cause
Resolution
- Navigate to either Human Resources>Benefits Administration>Insurance Premiums, or to Payroll>Payroll Setup>Deduction Benefit Master and click Premium Table.
- Search for Premium Table to be copied and click Accept.Â
- Click Copy.
- TAB down to enter new Effective Date and Rates.
- If any changes are made to Carrier, Plan, Coverage or Level, the new tables will need to be attached to Employees either manually or via Import.
- Employee Rate cannot be entered or updated. It will calculate dynamically once saved, subtracting Employer Amount from the Monthly Premium.
- Click Save.Â
