Copy Insurance Premium Tables with new rates

Description of Issue

How do I copy my health insurance Premium Tables forward with a new Effective Date and new rates?

Context

  • Deduction and Benefit Master
  • Insurance Premiums
Cause

Resolution
  1. Navigate to either Human Resources>Benefits Administration>Insurance Premiums, or to Payroll>Payroll Setup>Deduction Benefit Master and click Premium Table.
  2. Search for Premium Table to be copied and click Accept
  3. Click Copy.
  4. TAB down to enter new Effective Date and Rates.
    1. If any changes are made to Carrier, Plan, Coverage or Level, the new tables will need to be attached to Employees either manually or via Import.
    2. Employee Rate cannot be entered or updated. It will calculate dynamically once saved, subtracting Employer Amount from the Monthly Premium.
  5. Click Save
