AWS Reporting Services URL site cannot be reached

Description of Issue

When navigating to sites AWS reporting services URL error shows Site cannot be reached



Context

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)

  • EERP (Munis)

  • SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

  • Tyler Reporting Services Builder (TRSB)

  • Network Load Balancer (NLB)



Cause

NLB has not been configured or public IP address of site has not been added to allow list on the NLB.



Resolution

Please create a case with TSM Support for further assistance in the Support Portal with the following information:

  • Subject title: AWS NLB verify request

  • Provide the following information in the ticket::

    • URL

    • Public IP addresses to allow on the NLB



Additional Information

Please note clients hosted on AWS the F5 VPN will not allow access to reporting services as the public IP addresses that the site is connecting from is required to allow on the NLB.
