W-2 Image shows twice in ESS

• Duplicate PDFs show when selecting View W-2 Image in ESS Pay/Tax Information

• The Document Viewer displays the message Your request has returned multiple documents. Select the document from the list below.

• Enterprise ERP

• EERP

• Employee Self Service 

• ESS

• Tyler Content Manager 

• TCM Full Client

• W-2

W-2s were Generated twice in EERP, which resulted in two images appearing in ESS

1. Duplicate images will need to be removed from TCM Full Client

2. Review the How to delete attachments from the TCM Full Client document for instructions
