Badge ID is not updating when integration job runs

Description of Issue

Completed integration from EERP to Time & Attendance but the badge id is not updating, even though it is in the preview.

Context
  • Time & Attendance

    • Employee Mapping Table

  • UDF

  • User Defined Fields

Cause

The configuration for BadgeID field is not configured correctly in the Employee Mapping Table  

Resolution

Update the Badge ID configuration in Employee Mapping table.

Navigate to System Configuration > Admin tab > Employee Mapping Table > Time & Attendance Field Name column > Badge ID

  1. Update this field column define as Yes

  2. Payroll System Field name column populate by entering badgeId, no quotes

    1. This value is case sensitive

    2. Value can also be employeeNumber if UDF are not used in EERP

  3. Payroll System Data type select String from the dropdown list of available types

  4. Click Save

Additional Information

Not all clients will use this functionality, so it is not configured by default when the application is deployed.
