How To Disable Microsoft 365 Stay Signed In Prompt

Description of Issue

I keep getting Microsoft message when logging into Munis v2021. Every time I log into munis I get the okta login which I put my user name in. then it asks for my password which I provide. It then asks me EVERY time whether I want to have Microsoft remember it. Whether I select yes or no it comes up every time. I check the box off to not have it ask me again but it never fails it asks. how do I fix that?

Resolution

To turn off the Microsoft 365 stay signed in prompt after a user signs in, follow the below steps:

  1. Sign in to Microsoft Entra admin center using a Global administrator account

  2. Click on Users > User settings

  3. Go to the setting Show keep user signed in, and set it to No

  4. Click Save
