Can Users Save User Presets For Define Screens In Munis Programs

Would like to know if it's possible to save define parameters in Munis programs so that users don't have to reenter the same values each time the program is used

• Detail Receivables By Date

• Aging Report

• Print Invoices

• General Billing

• Accounts Receivable

Would like more information on how program define parameters are stored

There are no settings in Munis which allow users to save default values for define screens. However, Munis stores data from each define, by user, and those stored parameters will automatically load each time that user reopens the program (including if a user logs out and back in to Munis). This functionality is what facilitates the user's ability to either Modify the stored data or Refresh to the program default settings in order to enter a new define. 

There's also the option of using the system Scheduler in many Munis programs–it's possible to create a recurring job that will run the same define at user determined intervals. In this scenario, that scheduled job would save the program define for as long as the job is active.
