Hours Request not showing for supervisor - Test vs Prod Environment

Client reported an issue where they were testing Hours Requests with a Test Employee but it would not show up in Manage Hours request for the supervisor

Client was testing the hours request and hours request pay codes. They used a Test employee in their Test Environment, entered in a hours request for 2 hours. When they went to approve it in another browser the hours request was not populating even though Workflow was configured correctly.

The resolution was they were inputting the request in their Test Environment but trying to approve on their Prod Environment. Once they swapped to the same environment for both logins it worked correctly.
