1. Access Payroll Audit  Inquiry (Payroll > Payroll Administration > Payroll Audit Inquiry)

2. Click Search

3. Enter prservyr for the Table

4. TAB down to Record Detail section

5. Enter 0 for the prsy_proj

6. Enter the employee number for prsy_emp

7. Click Accept
