doRequisitionWorkflowAction error

We have a user experiencing issues with requisition approvals. The error received is as follows. The following error occurred while processing the workflow action: Error occurred while executing doRequisitionWorkflowAction. Requisition/Year 20240922/2024 is locked by another user. Status= -244 Please contact software support.

Another user is accessing the same REQ

1. Go to Diagnostic Utility and Run-Time Information program

2. Click on DATABASE tab

3. Click on MUNISCONNECTIONS tab to see which user is logged in REQ program either REQ entry or Requisitions program

4. Have that user close the application completely and logout of Munis and try to process the REQ
