How to print the FYTD Earnings on Paystubs?

• Payroll Control Settings

Within the Payroll Run Control program, the Print FYTD Earnings checkbox was not selected for the applicable Run Type.

1. Navigate to the Payroll Control Settings program (Payroll>Payroll Setup>Payroll Control Settings).

2. Click Accept on any item in the Payroll Control Settings program.

3. Click Run Control from the toolbar.

4. Use arrows at the bottom of the screen to navigate to applicable Run Type.

5. Click Update.

6. Select Print FTYD Earnings box.

7. Click Accept to save.

8. A pop-up window will appear asking if you want to update the Mail Sort Default for all employee master records, Click No.

9. Repeat steps 4-8 for any other Run Type that needs to be adjusted.
