Can Personnel Action codes be deleted if they have been used to process a Personnel Action Entry?

Informational.

Resolution

If there is history tied to the Action code, it cannot be deleted. However, if the history is deleted from the Action's History program, the Action code can then be deleted.

Additional Information

Deleting a code that has history tied to it is not recommended. Instead, update the Action Code verbiage to reflect "DO NOT USE".
