Description of Issue

Void Lien error when using an Effective Date that does not fall within the GL Year/Period range.

  • BatchManager.createBatch: Error creating batch - 1122.

  • Year/Period will be changed to match effective date.

Cause

When there's a mismatch between the Effective Date and GL Year/Period fields onscreen.

Resolution

Development is currently researching the issue.

When this specific error occurs, the Void Lien will not finish successfully. The current workaround is to reopen the Void Liens program and repeat the void process. To prevent the error from occurring, be sure that the Effective Date on screen falls within the GL Year/Period onscreen. If backdating the Effective Date, be sure to also backdate the GL Year/Period as well. Contact Enterprise ERP Tax Support for further assistance.
