Activity Code Deletion From Time and Attendance

Can an activity code be deleted in Time & Attendance if no longer in use?

Activity codes cannot be deleted in Time & Attendance once they've been used on an employee's timecard. The activity can be made inactive with the following steps:

1. Select System Admin

2. Select Job Costing

3. Select Activity Code

4. Select the pencil for the code in question

5. Uncheck the Active box

6. Select Save
