Changing The In And Out Time On A Shift

Where can we locate our schedules and the shifts? Can the “IN” and “OUT” times be changed on a shift?

To locate a schedule you will go to

1. Select Schedule Editor

2. Select Schedule Maintenance

To locate a shift you will go to

1. Select Schedule Editor

2. Select Shift Maintenance

To change your In/Out time of the shift 

1. Select the pencil for the shift in question 

2. Enter the Shift Start Time

3. Enter the Shift End Time

4. Select Save

The schedule that the shift belongs to will need to be unpublished and then published back out to reflect the change in start and end times.
