How to see work tickets in development
I am preparing to upgrade to the next quarterly release and would like to know work tickets that will impact the next version, do you have a list or resource that shows all work tickets related?

Upgrade planning.
From the Tyler Menu, navigate to Munis Release Administration
Tyler Menu > System Administration > Munis Release Administration
Under the header Release Information click the Munis Release Version drop-down menu to expand all active versions.
By selecting any one version, you will see all work tickets related to that specific version.
You can expand this to filter by module by clicking the arrow icon adjacent to the version.
Use double-click or select and click Accept from the center display window to review for specific work tickets.
